Case Studies
From Large Scale projects to everyday gardens, take a look at what we've been working on in real time.

V-Mesh Panel Replacement In Beccles
We recently carried out damaged panel replacement works to damaged V-Mesh fencing panels at a play area in Beccles. The existing panels had been damaged and needed replacing to help keep the play area secure, tidy and safe for public use. We removed the damaged sections and installed replacement V-Mesh panels to match the existing fencing as closely as possible. V-Mesh is a strong and practical choice for public spaces, offering good visibility while still providing a secure boundary. The finished result restored the fence line and improved the overall appearance and security of the plat area.

Picket Fence In Rumbrough
We recently completed this picket fencing project at a lovely country side property. The customers wanted a traditional timber style picket fence to define the boundary while keeping an open, attractive feel that suited the rural setting. One of the main challenges on this job was the changing ground levels, which were up and down across the run. To achieve a clean finish, we used larger concrete gravel boards where needed, allowing us to keep the tops of the picket fencing running straight and consistent. The fence was installed using timber picket panels, concrete posts and concrete gravel boards, giving the boundary a smart appearance with added strength and durability. The finished result is a neat, traditional looking fence that follows the property beautifully while maintaining a straight, professional top line despite the uneven ground.

Fencing Project In Ditchingham
We recently completed this fencing project at a beautiful new property in Ditchingham. This customer wanted a smart, secure and long-lasting boundary that would improve privacy while still looking in keeping with the property. We installed timber fencing with concrete posts and gravel boards, giving the fence strength, durability and protection from ground level moisture. At the front of the property, the fencing included a decorative straight top trellis style top section, helping create a lighter, more attractive finish while still clearly defining the boundary. A matching double leaf set of timber gates was also fitted, providing practical access and blending neatly with the rest of the fence line. The finished result is a clean, strong and attractive installation that complements the property beautifully and should serve the customers well for many years to come.

Stainless Steel Railings In Southwold
At a beautiful home in Southwold, we was asked to improve safety without compromising the clean, modern look of the property's stainless steel railings. The design looked fantastic, but it left gaps that weren't suitable for children or pets. We installed discreet welded mesh within the stainless framework, creating a secure barrier that prevents anything from slipping through while still maintaining visibility and airflow. The mesh was carefully fitted to follow the curve of the wall and blend seamlessly with the existing structure, preserving the high-end finish of the property. The result is a practical, dog-proof solution that keeps pets safe while complementing the contemporary style of this coastal home.

Woodbridge Train Station
We recently replaced a section of painted palisade fencing at Woodbridge train station on behalf of East Suffolk Council. The existing fencing had become worn and the posts had failed, so we installed this section of painted picket fencing, following the curve of the footpath for a clean, consistent finish. The result is a smart, durable boundary that improves the overall look of this busy public space while providing a long-lasting solution.

Play Area Project
This project involved replacing failed timber fencing that had rotten timber posts, leaving the area unsafe and untidy. We removed the old fencing completely and installed new steel posts with bow top railings, providing a strong, secure, and low maintenance boundary. The smooth, curved design is ideal for public spaces, improving both safety and visibility. The Result is a clean, durable finish that will last for years to come, with minimal upkeep.

Iroko Driveway Gates
For this project, we supplied and installed a set of bespoke African iroko driveway gates, chosen by the customers for there proven durability and rich natural finish. The gates were hung on solid 8x8 stone headed oak posts, proving a strong, long lasting structure that complements the Iroko gates beautifully. The combination of iroko and oak not only offers excellent strength but also creates a high-end, standout entrance. The end result is a secure, hard-wearing set of gates that look just as impressive as they perform.

Felixstowe Sports Ground
We completed a boundary upgrade at Felixstowe sports ground, installing over 100m of concrete closeboard fencing for a strong, low-maintenance boundary. The project also included repairs to existing damaged fencing, replacement gate, and installation of steel framed gates for secure access. To finish, we installed brand new high impact sports netting onto galvanised angle iron posts, helping keep balls within the playing areas while ensuring long-term durability.

Garden Fence Completed In Darsham
We recently completed this fencing project in Darsham, transforming a tired failing boundary into a strong, long-lasting garden feature. The existing fence had seen better days. As you can see in the before image, the panels were leaning and the timber posts had begun to weaken, which is a common issue over time due to ground moisture and general weathering. The customer wanted a solution that not only looked smart but would also stand the test of time with minimal maintenance. We removed the old fencing and installed a brand new run of Horizontal Lattice top panels, supported by concrete posts and concrete gravel boards. The finished result is a clean, straight, and durable fence line that really lifts the whole garden. WHY WE RECOMEND CONCRETE POSTS AND GRAVEL BOARDS For this project, we advised using concrete posts and gravel boards, and its something we recommend to many of our customers for good reason. Concrete posts wont rot, warp, or be affected by insects in the way timber posts can. This means the structural strength of the fence remains solid for many years, even in wet ground conditions. Gravel boards also play a key role by lifting the timber panels off the ground. This prevents direct contact with soil and moisture, which is one of the mail causes of rot. As a result, the panels last significantly longer and require less ongoing maintenance. Together, this combination creates a much more robust fencing system, giving homeowners peace of mind and better long-term value. THE END RESULT The new fence not only approves the appearance of the garden but also provides increased privacy, strength, and durability. Another quality installation completed and another very happy customer.
